About Rockett Designs
There's nothing better than to love what you do! This business started out as a hobby and grew
from there. We currently offer embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, and digital
direct-to-garment printing services. After many requests, we're finally putting together a web
page to share some of the things that we've done and to give you ideas of what we can do for
you!
Rockett Designs is located in Ledyard, in the southeastern part of Connecticut. We are just
minutes away from Foxwoods and the Mohegan Sun casinos.
Our Mission
Our mission is to go above and beyond our customers' expectations by creatively delivering the
highest quality work at the lowest possible price.
Machine embroidery began as a hobby for me. I started on a small home embroidery machine,
creating gifts for a lot of friends and family. Soon after, I found people asking me to stitch things
for them (it all started with team gear for a race team of two very good friends....thanks Michele
and Brandon!). My husband convinced me to turn it into a business and here we are! We
became official on July 1, 2005.
I have been a member of the National Network of Embroidery Professionals since October of
2005.

Our Policies
Shipping
We add shipping and handling charges to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
Returns
All personalized or monogrammed orders are final sales.
All returns must be made within 10 days to be eligible for store credit. Returned merchandise
must not have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any manner. Customer is
responsible for all shipping charges.
If merchandise is defective, please contact us for return instructions and item will be replaced.
Customer will be reimbursed for reasonable cost of return shipping (costs deemed
reasonable at our discretion). Returns for any other reason will be at customer's expense.
